debian-installer-udebs software package provides Metapackage depending on debian-installers built-in udebs, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install debian-installer-udebs
debian-installer-udebs is installed in your system.
Make ensure the debian-installer-udebs package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep debian-installer-udebs *
You will get with debian-installer-udebs package name, version, architecture and description in a table
